Merchandising Success – Call of Duty launch!

Our Merchandising teams across the country have recently completed FSDU implementations of one of the year’s most eagerly anticipated games for one of the UK’s biggest Grocers, achieving a fantastic compliance score of 95%!

Call of Duty: WWII launched on 3 November 2017 for Microsoft Windows, PS4 and Xbox One, with strong expectations of it being one of the festive season’s most popular gifts for gaming fans!

We used our multi-service offering to ensure the game landed in-store, on-time and in prime position to ensure maximum sales opportunity on day 1 of launch.

Our Fulfilment team packed 500 FSDUs and transported them to stores using our Logistics team who delivered these to each of the stores.

Assembled at store level in high footfall areas, our talented Merchandisers completed the job in every targeted store by 9am on the day of launch – all stores were covered simultaneously to ensure clients and customers were satisfied.

As part of our set up, our Merchandisers re-ordered any missing, lost or damaged parts on the client’s behalf to ensure complete set up is achieved across all stores.

The implementation of filling the FSDUs and retail packs with our end-to-end service has proven successful for clients and customers alike, particularly ahead of the festive season.
