We recently worked closely with Boots to fulfil an urgent last minute request to build and implement shipper and counter top units for their Cold and Flu Defence promotion within their healthcare department in 50 stores throughout the UK.
Boots required a fast turnaround on this setup to ensure the promotion was live in-store during January to maximise sales opportunities during the winter season.
To ensure an efficient turnaround, the shipper and counter top unit parts were sent directly to our central Distribution Centre where our Rework Team picked and packed the displays, and our Logistics Team delivered these to our Merchandisers in the field.
After our Merchandisers received the parts, they visited Boots stores to build, position and fill the displays within five days of receiving the stock which ensured we met Boots requirement for their promotional launch in January.
Our method ensured a 94% compliance rate, and Boots were thrilled with the implementations and compliance levels, stating their expectations had been exceeded.
